Animal Health

During the 2018 medical mission, attention was given to animal health and, with a little budget, more 400 goats were dewormed. The impact of deworming was reported to be positive in a) curtailing the animal losses due to intestinal parasites and b) safeguarding the revenue of the farmers

While the medical mission in 2019 was cancelled for security reasons,  the deworming of goats was scheduled to take place. The pandemic of COVID-19 has slowed the process but it will resume if has not already.
